We are energy manifest in physical form as mind, body and spirit.  Our true nature is a state of harmonic consciousness. Thoughts, intentions and actions create energetic patterns which in turn create balance or imbalance. In balance we are healthy, happy and aware. Out of balance, we experience a variety of symptoms such as anxiety, confusion, depression and physical illness. When imbalance remains over time, symptoms of physical, spiritual or emotional dis-ease occur. A crisis of dis-ease can present an opportunity to enter into a journey of self-awareness.

Our natural state is perfect health. The journey into perfection defines our human experience.  The work I do is the work of unfolding and examining the multidimensional aspects of being and attuning to the free flowing energy of life force which surrounds us. I am a teacher of the work that I am personally engaged in.

I work in partnership with you. The work is about shifting, bringing awareness to the places within where energy is stuck, physically, emotionally and spiritually. As you move through your blocks, life force flows. Access to life force is critical for achieving balance of mind, body and spirit. The work of internal clearing allows you to shift toward wholeness. The work of deepening self-awareness empowers you to align with your truth. It is the work of knowing who you are.

In the course of a session I use a variety of tools both physical and energetic to assess and release blockages while opening the channels to receive life force. Tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, drums, and hands-on are some of the techniques I use

Lying fully clothed on a massage table, a deeply relaxed and receptive state is attained as I work. A discussion of insights and suggestions for continued personal work follows.
